Job offer review: Your Advise & Thoughts ???

Hi everyone, I am a fresh IT graduate currently weighing two offers and would love some objective advice from experienced developers regarding the long-term career trajectory in Japan.

My Profile:
Fresh grad (Role is Bilingual Software Engineer )
JLPT N2 certified

The Dilemma:
I have an offer from a traditional Japanese IT firm in Shiga (NSK). The base salary is 2.5M JPY, but they cover 100% of my rent and commute. The catch is a strict 3-year commitment to work. Because they are providing 7 months of paid technical/language training upfront.

My alternative is to stay in my home country (India) with a " Programmer Analyst Trainee – Japanese "role in Cognizant paying roughly 4.75 Lakhs INR per year, where I would have to cover my own rent and living expenses. My primary goal is aggressive saving and early financial independence.
For those who have navigated the Japanese market, I have a few specific questions:

Salary Anchoring: I have heard that future employers base your salary on your previous one. If I am locked in at 2.5M JPY for 3 years, how difficult is it to negotiate a competitive market rate (e.g., 5M+ JPY) when transitioning to a modern tech firm in Tokyo later?

Job Security: How stable are traditional, regional Japanese IT companies for foreign engineers compared to the standard global IT service sector?

Future Prospects: Considering the current economic climate, does the long-term earning ceiling of a bilingual software engineer in Japan outweigh the initial 3-year lock-in at a lower base salary?

I would appreciate any insights on how to weigh these two career paths!
