I’ve been banking with them for 13 years. I’m an English teacher, small salary, no strange things happening to me. I’m a regular guy. Suddenly, I get a postcard from them to update my residence card and answer a lot of personal info. Like, do I have foreign assets, do I make foreign currency transactions, my salary, my net worth, etc. and other things. It also states that if I don’t answer, they will restrict my account. I’m not borrowing money from them.
What’s going on?
I’m not borrowing from them. I don’t want my bank to know things unless they need it. Is it ok to lie?
