Last year I wanted internet and i saw one of those ads that provide internet under softbank hikari on facebook. I contacted them and he explained that they are doing a promotion but i won’t pay until 2months later.
The person asked for my number card I sent it.So after some days i asked the person (agent)to cancel it but they said i must pay cancellation fee since i dont want to use it anymore .
The next day they sent their free wifi. while i waited for tge moderm device the hikari device .
Now while the device came days later the sales agent told me that i must pay for a router which he didn’t mention before. I went on and about with him why he didn’t mention that earlier that i had to buy something he was unresponsive he kept insisting i buy. I told him i am cancelling but i didn’t have money he told me to send his device which i did. Fast forward i kept getting bills and when i asked this person they said i must ignore it. I asked if they have a physical office so that i must sort it out he said he got it fixed . Now I have been getting postcard to return their device which was already returned to his address and now ive got a post card from debt collectors it says i must call with someone who speaks japanese.
What do i do in this case last week i have been trying their english line and they were not connecting me to their customer service .The charge is also high for internet that i haven’t used .Has anyone experienced this before.where can i get the japanese translation assistance.
