I already tried with and without spaces, middle name together with first and with last and removing "small Katakana" (like the イ in "ティ"). I still get the same Katakana doesn't match my name error.
How tinge tit verified?
To make matters worse, for some reason my name after reading the my number card is "first name, last name" and then "middle name" (should have been first name, followed by middle and last together. No idea why this arrange).
