Looking for a quiet place to work or renting a second space

Any area within 20 minutes walk of a station or bus.

I am looking to set up a home office. No clients visiting. I just need a quiet place to work. Anyone know any studios available?

I do not need parking or furniture or a kitchen.

Cafes are too busy and I can not focus.

Or how difficult is it renting a second apartment?
