Wanting to move to Japan as a student after Graduation. Help me in my queries please.

I(19M) is thinking of moving to japan for my masters in biotech related field (most probably bioinformatics,bioengineering or synthetic biology). Japan is the place which always facinated me from my childhood since i have been grown in a buddhist family and got to know buddhism is widely spreaded in japan i am always fascinated to explore it, the monks which comes to our house often travel to japan for the sermons and stuffs and always told me things related to japan.

Now since i am doing my bachelors in Biotechnology and wanted to grow more into this field, fortunately i got to know biotech sector is somewhat growing in japan as comparison to india, and now i have made my mind to go for MEXT and HONJO scholarships for the masters plan since i am also learning japanese (target is to reach n2 minimum before gradutaion) side by side and have planned to do masters in the field mentioned above my targeted universities are Kyoto university, Osaka university, Tohuku university and Nagoya university.

So as far I have few doubts reagarding if any thing i should remember while preparing for exams? what it should be? as a indian what things i should be aware of? And What is the job placement in there.

Now after that i have planned of settling into japan only (I am willing to learn all the rules and regulations that a average japanese person have to follow) and also making friends.

Now what are the salary structure is there in comparison to foreign countries. And what do companies seek in the employee which can increase the chances of selection and yeah any thing you want to advise me i am all open to it because i am researching most of the data in claude and wanted real people to answer.
