I am traveling to Japan next year. I have a dairy allergy and I know that eating at any Asian establishment in the US is typically a safe bet, but I also understand the food is going to be different than what I get here. So far my international experience has been really good (Switzerland and Germany by far were the easiest to work with!)
Any tips? I do plan on getting an allergen card that expresses my allergen in Japanese. But curious what experiences others have had.
