Anyone found an eSim that works well on Pixel 7?

So I was just about to pull the trigger on getting Ubigi eSim but found people having all sorts of issues with using it with Pixel 7 phones.

Just wondering if any Pixel 7 owners had any success lately with any eSim provider in Japan?
