Right not I’m bit concerned about enough time for Tokyo and mt Fuji and nearby towns plus Kyoto
If I add Kyoto I won’t go nearby towns . However if u add Kyoto then it makes more sense to fly back from Osaka
However I don’t plan to go Osaka in first place but do want to do USJ if I am going there
It’s for a 9 day trip . I feel like it’s only 7 days with the travel time . I find the train and large luggage logistics quite stressful as I heard the train station is confusing and i am travelling with family mom , me dad and my brother .
We usually go by tour where everything is arranged by tour from flights to hotels but this time it would be first time I’m planning a trip.
So I’m wondering if I book flights landing and flying from Tokyo but then decide later on to book a stay in mt Fuji or Kyoto , how will the logistics work? It’s been worrying me
I know there is the luggage sending service but is that safe and cheaper / convenient process than dragging luggage ?
Where do you find it ?
Where do you recommend staying in Tokyo if I love food and stationary and anime shipping etc but also not too noisy ans expensive and safe ? I saw online recommending Shibuya or Ginza
I did think of ikebukuro because they have anime and the stationary stores but I heard there is red light district so maybe not
I want the stay somewhere with lot of activités and shopping still open late and convenient and near the train station… like central Tokyo?
My budget for hotel is to keep it around 1200 sgd or less ? Per person is that reasonable ?
The reason I’m wanting to book flights from Tokyo in and out is because it’s just more straightforward . Booking outward flight from Osaka seems too stressful to manage
But I also might want to go Kyoto because of all the traditional Japan and cultural things, should I just leave that for next trip if I’m going to fly back out from Tokyo? Because if the travel time ? Is there way to optimize This??
