Looking to move to Japan in the near future, confused about degrees

It has always been a goal of mine from when I was a young teen to move to Japan and live there. I'm currently 26 and am now in a place where I can finally work on a degree. I can either get a Bachelors(no specific course at the moment), or I can go straight to a masters in my current line of work (procurement).

Main question is would a masters be sufficient to qualify for a working visa? if I were to get a masters in my current line of work, but decided I would prefer to teach(come from a family of teachers) or do something else, would I not qualify for a working visa because of my masters?
