I am from the Vancouver cohort and I just received news that I was unfortunately not accepted. I am feeling really devastated because I put a lot of effort into my application and had an agonizing two month wait after my interview. Honestly I did not expect to get to the interview stage on my first time ever applying and I still applaud myself for getting that far. I guess in the mean time I will look into gaining some teaching experience via volunteering and may apply again next year or to other teaching ESL programs. I congratulate everyone that has been successful and I wish the best of luck to all the other candidates like me in the future.
