Hello everyone! I just had a quick question regarding my CoE application (which I already submitted to my school).
Under the financial support portion on the COE registration form, I have filled in ~¥79,000 for the monthly amount of financial support section (because I interpreted the question wrong), which is below the requirement of ¥100,000 JPY per month for my program.
However, for the total amount, I have put an amount that’s way above the minimum required for 3 months, which is the amount I currently have in my bank account. My bank statement that I submitted reflects a slightly lower amount (but still above the minimum) and have stable income (more than ¥100,000 JPY per month) into the statement.
My question is whether or not the monthly amount I filled in and the bank statement discrepancy would cause issues for my application, even though I have sufficient support? I have notified my school regarding my misunderstanding but have yet to receive a response.
