Monthly Parking Rental

Hello everyone,

As said in the title,

I'm looking for a monthly rental parking in Osaka.

I taught it would be easy to find but it seams like the process is the same as trying to rent an apartment with all the scam expenses that come with..

My question is simple : Is there someone that has a parking slot unused (included with the apartment for example) that would be OK to rent it to me?
I can do a bank transfer monthly to pay the rent.

Or if you know a parking website or agency that does not ask for 60k for the first month it would be more than welcome too.
