Looking for insights from people actually experiencing the Tozai line on a day to day basis!
I’ve been living in Tokyo for a few years already and i’ve mainly been using 小田急線, 日比谷線 and 京浜東北線 up until now.
Now that i’m moving in with my partner, i’ve been recommended to move in around the Tozai line (Chiba side) because rent is pretty cheap, but with everything I heard on how miserable of an experience it is having to use it everyday, I thought i’d ask people who have been dealing with it!
If I end up renting around there, it would take me around 15/20 minutes to get to work, is it that unbearable even for an amount of time so short ?
