Hello guys ! I apologize in advance because this is more of a vent post.
Have any of you use the Amazon prime credit card issues by smbc?
In my experience they have to get the worse system and customer help ever.
Here is my situation, my bank account is on SMBC. So I applied via Amazon and I got approved and they even added the card as my main payment method, so far so good.
Then they told me they will send the card in 10 days. This is when hell broke lose.
The card never arrived. And they didn't sent me any mail with the card information. I called SMBC and they told me another company handle the credit cards, I went to the bank branch and they told me the same. Despite the card being issued by SMBC they told me they can't to anything
In the web page they got the ai chatbot which is useless. I can't login to see my credit card information at all I don't know what's my credit card limit, when they will charge me, how to manage it etc, because I need the card information to login. I went to the website report that the card didn't arrived, it redirected me to the vapp for re issuing, which ask me for my card number to login ..
How am I suppose to login with the card, if I never got the card to begin with?
It is like going to the police to report my residence card is lost and they asking me for my residence card to do the report.
Who designed that ?
I honestly have no idea how to break this loop, I tried everything, it's been a month already, I'm thinking of just giving up and just never use the card and pretend I didn't even apply for it.
Anyone have any tips ?
