My previous job and current job both use ITS Kenpo.
Despite getting my new insurance information from new company, I can’t create an account with that info.
However, I can’t still connect to my old account and create a Web交付 temporary card. The account says that old card is still valid.
Can I just use that to go to the doctor?
Do I need to create a new account or will my current account be updated?
Also bonus question: work says it can take weeks for my health insurance account to be ready. Is this normal? I always got my health insurance card on day 1 before…
