After a jolly time of moving shit around on my balcony for my succulents, I came across an invasive Brown Widow Spider hiding beneath an old planter. I live on the 5th floor. In Western Tokyo not too far from Shibuya.
I don't like killing insects, but don't trust my dog not to stick his nose in it. Also, most municipalities recommend extermination of the invasive widow species.
Careful of dark places on balconies where they neat and it may be good to know your city's info about invasive spiders/critters if it is available. Some places request informing city ward as well.
Fucking summer, man. Here we go again.
