With summer effectively already here in Osaka, I'm always looking for something to make it a bit more bearable.
My wife recently saw an ad for the Ryo Cooler rechargeable portable air cooler (https://www.shibumitokyo.jp/products/ryo-cooler) so I immediately went hunting for some independent reviews. However, I don't appear to be able to find any, except for the ones that are on the company's own website, which obviously I can't trust.
Does anybody here have any experience of using these? I want to believe the hype, but most information I've read about portable air conditioners in the past has been that they're not worth the money.
