Job Hunting, late answer means rejection?

So I got into 2nd interview the day before yesterday and still didnt hear an answer from them. Does this mean they will be rejecting?

I am asking this because my 1st interview results were given in an hour after the interview.

How was your experiences? does negative results are notified much later and if its positive you hear the results in a day or two?
