Can you find an entry level job in Japan if you can’t write (learning) and have tattoos?

I’m Japanese nationality but spent most of my life raised in another country.

I moved back recently to care for my family (parents moved back after children graduated high school) and I need to find a job.

I have no idea where to begin and bless my dad but he can’t remember a conversation so all the information I’m getting is either unreliable, can’t be remembered to get full detail or misunderstood completely.

It’s been a hassle just to get all the government stuff figured out like changing license, insurance card, taxes etc. but we’re slowly making progress (I hope).

What is the likelihood I could find a job with tattoos (uncover-able, unless wearing gloves all day (which I don’t mind) also a few neck tattoos…..

I am learning to read and write and can speak to get by.

Is it possible to get a factory job or something?

I don’t need a foreigner work permit as I’m a Japanese citizen.
