I've lived here for four years. Currently apartment hunting to live closer to my new job. We will be four people total.
An apartment built in 2022 with a decent location and quite big is offering 4 months free rent!? This almost sounds too good to be true. Called the guy listed on athome too and he seems a bit odd and keeps calling to ask "are you sure you want to live there?" (we aren't. that's why we will go look at it. still he keeps calling)
I've never experienced something like this. What's some reasons it could be four months free rent?
