I am planning to sell an item (200k+) we agreed on the price with the buyer, he agreed to pay it COD (cash on delivery sale) but i have never used this method before.
Is there any way for him to receive the package, damage/change the item and return/refund?
Or, when he receives the item and pays the money, it’s deal done?
Has anyone have any experiences with the service?
