Questions about the utility of a Bachelor’s degree in Communication for the Japanese music industry

Hello!

I am an 18-year-old boy from Belgium who will soon graduate from high school.
I am still unsure about what to study and which career path to pursue. I would like to combine my strong interest in music and Japan. With that in mind, I am thinking about getting a Bachelor’s degree in Communication with a minor in Management at the University of Louvain-la-Neuve.

Regarding my career, it would be incredible if this degree could land me a job in the music industry! (especially as an A&R)

So, my questions are:
is the Japanese music industry open to hiring foreigners? And is a Bachelor’s in Communication a good option to work in the Japanese music industry, or in Japan in general? (Given professional Japanese proficiency)

I am a native French speaker, have a B2 level in English, and an A2 level in Spanish and Dutch (and yeah of course I am currently studying Japanese).

And if you want some of my music recommendations, I'll go with tricot, kurayamisaka and trooper salute 🗣️🗣️

Thanks for y'all help!! (First time posting on Reddit kinda nervous🤧🤧)
