Should I stick to Renshuu for grammar or switch?

I’m starting to really dislike learning grammar on Renshuu. Still at N5. While I do relatively better now than I did previously. And get 70-90% scores in the Beginner Japanese and the Japanese Basics It feels like I’m not learning it properly and it’s making me close to giving up. Especially since I keep messing up at the Beginner Sentences section with all the new sentences (I’m close to the end)

I acknowledge Renshuu has grammar written down. However, with the SRS learning method, it eventually feels like I’m trying to memorize the sentences in order than actually being able to understand the grammar itself. I feel like it doesn’t give time to process things and I don’t know if it’s me or if other people are facing this issue. SRS is one of the best learning methods to me, but imo it does not work with grammar.

The grammar section is beginning to just stress me out. I was going to wait until I finished all of the sentence lessons on the app to start in my Genki 1 and 2 elementary textbooks, but I think I should start right now. Along with doing more reading immersion. Reading Tae Kim has felt more beneficial too, as I can sit down and see how grammar works instead of being like “oh I have to get these blocks right so I don’t get a bad score”.

Is there any alternatives that work well? Or should I do this planned method? I was going to do Bunpro for grammar, but it feels like they pressure you to do meetings at the end of each lesson.
