Ok longshot – About 5 years ago a colleague of mine told me of a hilarious restaurant experience, looked to be ran by one man. For the life of me I cant find it, also, colleague is no longer contactable.
The premise is along the lines of:
You sit down and the owner shows you a chart with different flags on it.
You either pick or one is randomised a combination of flags and it determines the food, or how the owner/chef dresses and acts.
This sounded like the most hilarious and u hinged experience the way my colleague described it and i’d really love to visit.
Does this sound familiar residents of Tokyo??
