Go to settings scroll down to "Agent i", and uncheck "Agree to the policy regarding use of information". ✅
For some absolutely insane reason, the actual disable toggle for "show agent in chat" only works for 30 days.
But disagreeing with the policy should kill it off for good.
edit: as others pointed out, the default might be to non-consent (with shit AI bar still showing up), but if you toggle agree to on -> off, that should remove it permanently. I wonder how legal was it to opt everyone in to this shit by default…
