I love my futon. Upgraded to a much nicer one when I got here and never looked back and may never (I do currently have tattami floors).
Some of my foreign friends look at me funny because a western bed is often the first thing they buy. Some Japanese people have looked at me funny because I do look funny (oh and they think i should have bought a western bed by now).
Am I just the weird one?
