Safety for women in Asaka-shi and Bunkyo-ku? Safety in Tokyo generally?

I'm going to be staying in Asaka and then Bunkyo by myself late next month, and I'm just wondering about if these places are safe, what to watch out for, or if there's any areas en route from the centre of Tokyo to be careful in?

Anything in particular to be careful about in these areas and in Tokyo generally? Of course I know the basics, like taking the women's only train, sharing my location, not hanging my washing outside etc 🙂

I'm a bit on edge as I got upskirted here recently (center of Osaka)

Thank you for any help you can provide but if women could reply that'd be great!
