Hello I’m(m28) just posting to ask for some advice on the best area to live in Kyoto. I currently have an offer for a house in Narutaki a bike ride near my university (Ritsumeikan) but despite being near Ritsumeikan it also seems far from the actual city area so I’m not sure about it.
I would really appreciate anyone with experience of living in Kyoto to give some advice. I can speak Japanese intermediately and have previously lived in Tokyo.
