So basically I logged in into my daughter’s Rakuten securities account to buy some final stuff with whatever was left in her junior nisa account, but the site wouldn’t allow to finish the transaction with the message “ご提出いただいている在留カードの有効期間が切れているため、新規のお取引を制限しています。”, but my daughter is a Japanese citizen and in her user information there is no space for residence card information and my information is not in her account (at least not anywhere that can be edited by the user). I was curious if anyone had similar issue and what did you do? I will probably call them first thing in the morning, but before starting the grueling task of talking to someone on the phone I was curious if anyone did something else.
