Question about waterbill

I just moved to Osaka like 3 weeks ago and today I got the water bill in the mail, my question is where do I pay it? The real state agents that found me my apartment told me that I just take the bills to a combini and I could pay them in there but I just went to one and they told me I cant? My japanese is still very basic at the moment so I couldn’t ask the combini clerk any questions and I didn’t find any info online. (The thing that arrived is a slip of paper with mostly blue ink, it has my last names, dates from when I moved to today, a total of how much do I need to pay I’m guessing and other stuff that I’m not totally sure what it means. Just telling this in case it’s not the actual bill or something)

  1. They always send it twice. The first one is just so that you’ll know what is coming 😁. The second should have a barcode, that is what the combini needs.

Also: These bills you can only pay in cash.

Also2: after the expire date you can’t pay them anymoe. You need to wait for the reminder.

    Hope that helps 🙋‍♂️
