I want to taste the independent, moveable, food goodness available on island!

Here’s a [listing of food trucks](https://mobimaru.com/mobile_shops/prefecture-47), which are called kitchen cars (drop the “s” when asking for one in Japanese) here.
Find a truck that seems interesting, and you can find out their schedules via Instagram. Pretty manual stuff.
I’ve seen a lot of kitchen cars lately at the [Okinawa Arena](https://okinawa-arena.jp/events?page=1) too.
