Purchased a JR west wide area voucher via Klook and exchanged it at Shin Osaka counter for the pass. But my pass does not have a QR code or no. To reserve seats with the machine and I’m having to look for the JR counter every time and the counter person selects a random seat for me! Why?!!

Collected the pass 3 days back. Why was I given this kind of pass ? Is this how it is for 2 to 5days short duration passes? Is there a way to change it to have QR code ?
