HELP: planning to enter a Japanese university as a freshman while being a current college student in my country

I saw that some universities in Japan accept incoming transferees.

However, I'm planning to enter as a freshman since I heard most of the universities don't credit the units you have taken. My question is—will they ask for my college transcript if i only finished 1 semester before moving to Japan and will enter as a freshman?
