Hi evryone I guess it was probably asked but I dont find the information.
A bit of Context : I am French, Designer (print/web and UX/UI), leaving in Malta, EU, I already lived in Japan in the past but my Japanese level is still low.
I am writting a resume in English to find a job in Japan.
My problem: I am a bit confused as I know there are the Rirekisho and the Shokumukeirekisho but also skills sheet and specific resume forms if you are in IT or webdesign. I even found some mixed resume between western and japanese style. I am getting lost and confused.
From your experience which one is better to do as I will apply in English most probably for international company or start up? Is it so relevant and can be an issues if I dont pick the right one?
I would love also some help to check my resume as education systeme between France, American/British and Japanese are completely different.
I do my best to translate my educational background in English but I am not always sure it is acurate or fit to Japanese system.
