Will my 29 on the ACT stop me from entering Kyoto university?

I haven't seen any act requirements/average from Kyoto university. I assume that it is about the 32 range, which makes me a bit nervous considering my ACT score.

I know the ACT isn't the only deciding factor for entrance to this colleges, but I don't know if I'll be sabotaging myself if I don't increase my score while i still can. The reason I'm hesitant to increase my ACT score is because I could spend that extra time studying for the EJU exam itself. I took June act (got 27), then 1 month later took the July act (got 29). The next closest act test is September, which is in 2 months. These 2 months, though, are in summer. Therefore, they are gonna be worth so much more than 2 months during school time. That's why i think these 2 months are very important to me.

I will apply for engineering. I know I will require stuff like a letter of recommendation, TOEFL, a good grip on the japanese language, and a whole lot of other stuff other than the ACT. Plus, I already have a 3.87 out of 4 gpa, excluding grade 12 gpa because i haven't done that yet.

If all of the other requirements are taken care of, will the 29 on the ACT hold me back that much? I'm from Egypt and plan to go to this college or one similar to it by using the MEXT scholarship. Will appreciate your responses🙏
