Starting a new life in Japan

Hello, I am 37M that couldn't find happyness.

I want to move to Japan, because it seems to be a country that still has honor and respect and shows love for the people around them.

I have a bachelor degree in commerce economics.
I ran a company for 5 years and now I am a sales engineer for a company in watersolutions.
I live in the Netherlands, own a house and have some money saved. Total worth of 120k when i sell it today.

I couldnt find love here and got heartbroken to many times. My dream of having my own family shattered and I dont believe I will find someone here to make that dream come true.
I want to have a new start and considering to go to Japan.
My family have all their own problems.
I am very religious. I practice (syriac) orthodoxy.

And learned that there are some some orthodox people in Kyoto, Osaka and Tokyo.

I believe that Tokyo is to crowded for me. So i am thinking of Kyoto and Osaka.

My English is good in writing, but needs practise in speaking.

I dont know Japanese yet.

But would like to ask what people think and how i should do this before actually move their.

PS. I have never traveled outside Europe.
