Where can I go to exchange a lot of coins for notes

I recently received over 9,000 yen in coins from someone who lived in Japan for a year and never used their loose change.

I’ll be in Okinawa for 2 days during an Asia cruise and would prefer not to use coins for every purchase. Are there any exchange counters or machines in Okinawa where I can convert these coins into notes?
