I have received a notice from Japan customs saying our dogs cannot enter Japan with us ,as they need to redo a rabies shot and blood test,I am missing something somewhere but not sure, as both dogs have 2 X rabies shots and blood tests done ,we think.at the correct intervals ,told.to.us by our vet in Spain,can anyone suggest what is wrong with our paperwork?
