I'm up to the middle of the 7-25 show and….
Great O-Khan's performance has really stood out for me. As someone who only began watching this year, I looked at the guy and thought he was just going to be a comedy character to fill time here and there. That was pretty far wrong.
What stood out to me was his match against Shingo Takagi on….I think it was night 3. He was wrestling almost exactly the way that Minoru Suzuki would have, except without malice. His work has been really impressive thus far.
He comes across as a guy who, if given the chance to be in the Wrestle Kingdom main event, would make a very good accounting of himself. Whether that will happen, I don't know. But he definitely wrestles like someone who deserves a chance in the spotlight.
