Games for first-year university students?

I’m teaching a few sections of first-year English conversation class at a university. It’s my first time to teach it, and things are going fine for the most part — I’m reasonably happy with the textbook, and I’ve been able to put together some decent activities to get the students talking. One of the challenges for me is to figure out how to teach to a wide range of levels, as each section has ~36 students, so I don’t think I can get too advanced in terms of what I’m presenting, otherwise I’ll leave too many students behind. They have a separate English grammar class taught by a native Japanese speaker, so it seems like my brief is really to get them to loosen up and talk, the other teachers made it pretty clear that we shouldn’t bring lecturing much if at all.

Anyway, with that context, I’m wondering: are there any good resources out there with some fun games that will reach students of this age? A book with good activities, or some site with nice tips? Any advice would be much appreciated!
