I'm a foreigner married to a Japanese, and the Spouse Visa I have is about to end. Right now, I am in Singapore taking care of some business (I'm not a Singaporean though). Is it possible to renew the visa in Singapore if I'm not Singaporean? Their line is always busy and my email hasn't been replied yet. So I thought I might give it a shot here if anyone has any idea.
