Hey there!
I have my return flight from Naha on Saturday 4pm, so right now I am quite concerned about the flight being cancelled (which would be quite anoying, due to important things I got to do next week).
The forcasts have some variance, but most of the models from windy.com indicate that it will quite moderate (~20-25kt) at the airport.
So I wonder how the airlines around here deal with such situations? When do they usually start to cancel flights and when do they share that information? When do they pick the flights up again? For those with cancelled flights, how long does it take till they get a new flight? Like, will they first serve the regular flights and then squeeze the stranded in between (I hope you get what I mean)?
Cheers!!
