Apologies if these questions are asked often. I am hoping to come to Okinawa or even Hokkaido as a Scuba Diving Instructor, even if only for a year. I wonder for this specific vocation (and for some countries “skilled” as it requires certifications and training) would I qualify for skilled labor visa? There is also an Instructor visa?
But I am curious if there would be another visa that is more applicable? I am under 35, could apply as an Australian or US citizen, and perhaps there is a lesser know working holiday visa that I could be there for a somewhat long-term employment.
I know the ability to move to Japan permanently is pretty out of the question but I truly want to spend some quality time in Japan. Any help is appreciated!
