I would like to teach English or be at least a ALT in Japan but there are so many organisations and when I do my research there are a lot of things I need to take into account. When I come into Reddit it’s much more honest and brutal for example Nova have introduced a 0hr contract for teachers, for a first timer like me that isn’t ideal. I’ve heard negative things about Aeon, Interac and Tamaki TEFL Recruitment (TTR) so far not much on TravelBud. But most talk about how they actually treat their employees and it doesn’t sound positive which is putting me off a little. My issue is other than JET (which I missed the deadline) are there any other organisations which I can go to where I have a better experience working with?
Background I’ve got a BA and Ma I’m from the Uk 28 (M).
