I currently listen to Super J cast and Post Puroresu (Karen Peterson is excellent).
However, as much as I love discussions about pastrami sandwiches and ass eating, I'd like a palate cleanser.
Which NJPW podcasts would you recommend?

We Work Stiff
We Work Stiff delves into the character and story telling side of New Japan rather than the play by play of matches and technical aspects. A great insight to where stories may go, explaining story beats you may have missed, and grounding the shows into the bigger lore of New Japan. Definitely given me a greater respect for New Japan by making me see the show in a new light. Highly recommend.

And crisps! Don’t forget crisps!
We do a show called Speaking of Strong Style. We go live every week at 5:30 pm eastern on the Fight Game Media YouTube channel and flip the audio into our own podcast feed. We usually go 90 minutes. This week we went 70. Covered the week and did part 4 of a Tanahashi retrospective that went to 2011 or so today.

I’ve been drawn into listening to Keeping It Strong Style and Super J Cast every week, despite never being a podcast-listener before. They both have interesting and entertaining chats but Super J Cast is more prone to those abrasive conversations you’re perhaps not into! Can certainly recommend Keeping It Strong Style.
I’d be a big Ichiban sweet cast fan, I’ve listened to them since the first episode and the guys are lovely
We work stiff, Ichiban Sweet Cast are my two go to pods as well as Super J Cast
