As a Londoner I've come to realise that an age old phrase used in the UK also applies to Okinawa: if you don't like the weather just wait 5 minutes. Not sure how well this will work for any of you but wanted to share and see if anyone else finds success with this.
I am currently in Okinawa and drove literally all over the entire island the last 5 days. Most days were forecast to rain so what I would do was give chatgpt a list of things I had planned to do then I told it to cross reference the weather across 5 sources and give me a driving itinerary that ensured my indoor activities took place during rain and outdoor activities took place with no rain.
Chatgpt then gave me a pretty good list which I fine tuned or re-ordered slightly. I then asked it to condense the list and add street addresses in English since my rented Prius 2.0's nav system wouldn't connect to my phone and it wouldn't successfully search names of places so typing street addresses into the nav system gave me the most success.
The morning of the drive I would ask it to refresh the itinerary for the most up to date weather predictions and be on my way. This has worked out really well for me and asking chatgpt to check weather across five sources yielded better results than when it checked only two weather sites itself.
Let me know if this works at all for you guys or if I really have just lucked out somehow!
