[US]Letters of recommendation from a Community College professor(s)

Preface:

I graduated from a University 4 years ago and hold a Bachelors Degree.

I transferred from a CC (Community College) to a University.

2 questions regarding letters of recommendation:

1. Would it be okay if my letter of recommendation be from a CC professor/class that I took before transferring to the University?

2. Would it be fine if I took/take a CC class NOW for a reference and then use that Professor reference for JET?
