Hey, just wondering if it is nearly guaranteed to be offered a contract renewal when finishing up your first year? I’ve heard stories of people feeling pressured into it ect just wondering if it’s as common as I’m thinking to be asked to stay on? I understand it depends on your actual work ect but just as an overall if anyone can help with that
