Hi, so my husband and I are considering moving to Japan & I’m mostly onboard but one of my main concerns is how I’m going to be able to get access to the medications I need. I’ve already been diagnosed with bipolar & adhd & I’m wondering if I need to bring certain documents with me to prove my diagnoses or if I’m going to have to start the process all over again. Has anyone ever experienced this? If so, I would love to hear about your experience & any advice would be welcomed ♥️
